Zapcow built the Yoobux app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Zapcow at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use Yoobux, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving Yoobux. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Yoobux unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We want to inform you that whenever you use Yoobux, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing Yoobux, the time and date of your use of Yoobux, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Service Providers

We want to inform users of Yoobux that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We collect device ID to prevent multiple device usage at a time. We
store it as hash format and destroy plain device ID. We do not store any information ID and do
not have access to it.
Hash is non-reversible algorithm to encrypt the plain text. We cannot see your device ID
once we store them encrypted.
We collect different types of personal information about you and your activities. We collect personal information when you register, log into, and use our Yoobux app functions, including the features you use, the pages and screens you visit, and the information you enter, such as chats or demographic information that you share in your profile on our Yoobux app. We do not collect personal information from you on the website or mobile app unless you are logged onto the Yoobux app.
We receive and record information from your device or browser, including your mobile device identification (AdID (Google), IDFA (Apple), device ID, etc.), IP address, cookie and beacon information, and geographic location. We collect information from and about the computers, phones, and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Yoobux app functions, and we combine this information across different devices you use and/or interact with and/or come into a shared digital zone. Unless you have disabled location collection at the device level, we will continue to collect location information even if you have opted out of sharing location information on your profile.
We collect information about the features you use, the pages and screens you visit, and your transactions with us and with our partners and vendors, including information about your use of products or features offered through our Yoobux app.
Third Party Platform Registration (such as Facebook, Apple App Store or Google Play Store). When you download or register for our Yoobux app by or through a third party platform we may also access and/or collect certain information from your third party platform account or by cookies placed on your device by such third party site.
All personal information collected by Yoobux in connection with your use of the Yoobux app, including, without limitation, your name, location, email address, pictures, friend connections, messages, comments, login information, IP addresses and other data, may be stored by Yoobux indefinitely and will be stored in a safe and secure manner.
Once Member registers for the Yoobux app, Member will have a password and an account with the Yoobux app. Member is responsible for keeping the Member's password and account confidential. Furthermore, Member is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under Member's account. Member agrees to immediately notify Yoobux of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known to Member.
If you use the Yoobux app functions on a mobile device, you agree that information about your use of the Yoobux app through your mobile device and carrier may be communicated to us, including but not limited to the identities of your mobile carrier or your mobile device, or your physical location. Although we provide our Yoobux app through the mobile websites free of charge, your mobile carrier's standard fees and rates will still apply. Member accepts responsibility for all charges.
When Members decide to delete their Yoobux account, we will freeze the profile in an inactive state for 30 days. During which time, Members need only to re-log into their Yoobux account to reactivate their Yoobux account to Active status. However, upon deleting their Yoobux account, all Members' information will be permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
One of the features of the Yoobux app is the ability for Members to transfer the cash value of their Yoobux digital wallet to the Members personal bank account in the form of fiat cash in Canadian Dollars (CAD). In the case where transfer fees or limitations apply, Member takes full responsibility for any fees or complications that may arise between the Member and their ability to receive the funds in Canadian Dollars from their Yoobux app. Yoobux is not responsible for Members standing with any financial institution.

The Yoobux app may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
In the event there is a discrepancy between this English language version and any translated copies of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
